Terry Anderson serves as Co-President and Co-Founder, and as a voting member of Platform’s Investment Committee. Terry leads the firm’s financial management, acquisition and investor relations functions and provides overall strategic direction for the firm.
Terry is a seasoned entrepreneur who has started and continues to be involved in various real estate operating companies, including Vertical Cold Storage, Silverwest Hotels, Inspired Homes, Scott Felder Homes, AREA and APD Management. Terry was previously involved with Pillar Financial.
Terry earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rockhurst University.
