Taylor Umscheid, CPA, serves as Fund Controller. Taylor oversees the performance, accounting, and financial reporting of several Platform-sponsored investment funds.

Previously, she was an Associate at PwC, working on various audit engagements.

Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Kansas.

Assets under management as of December 31, 2023; includes affiliates that are not registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Adviser and includes 100% of the underlying asset values or purchase prices for each transaction, but excludes associated closing costs. The loan originations are based on the loan commitment on the underlying notes. This does not represent Regulatory Assets Under Management as defined by the SEC.
