Ryan Anderson

Co-President & Co-Founder

Ryan Anderson serves as Co-President and Co-Founder, and as a voting member of Platform’s Investment Committee. Ryan leads the firm’s business development, acquisitions, and investor relations functions and provides overall strategic direction for the firm.

Ryan is a seasoned entrepreneur who has started and continues to be involved in various real estate related operating companies, including Vertical Cold Storage, Silverwest Hotels, Inspired Homes, Scott Felder Homes, AREA and APD Management. Ryan was previously involved with Pillar Financial.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Spanish, and a Master of Business Administration in Management from Rockhurst University.

Assets under management as of December 31, 2023; includes affiliates that are not registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Adviser and includes 100% of the underlying asset values or purchase prices for each transaction, but excludes associated closing costs.
