Reid Frye

Vice President

Reid Frye serves as Vice President on the acquisitions team. Reid is responsible for underwriting and analysis of acquisition opportunities across several Platform-sponsored investment fund.

Previously, Reid was an Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking - Real Estate Finance office in Dallas, TX.

Reid earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Kansas State University.

Assets under management as of December 31, 2023; includes affiliates that are not registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Adviser and includes 100% of the underlying asset values or purchase prices for each transaction, but excludes associated closing costs. The loan originations are based on the loan commitment on the underlying notes. This does not represent Regulatory Assets Under Management as defined by the SEC.
