Miranda Ashley, CPA, serves as Vice President, Tax. Miranda oversees all tax reporting for Platform and Platform-sponsored investment funds, working with both the asset management and deal teams. During her career she has obtained in-depth tax technical experience and expertise in acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, joint ventures, investment funds, REITs, Opportunity Zones, private equity, and tax planning for businesses and individuals.

Previously, Miranda was a Manager for Deloitte Tax, focusing on partnership and individual clients.

Miranda earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Arts in Taxation from the University of Central Missouri.
