Vice President

Mark Smid serves as Vice President at Platform Ventures. Mark leads all financial aspects of the Vertical Cold Storage business, including capitalization, M&A, financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, and risk management. Mark started his career as a Manager for EY in its Financial Services Office in New York City.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University in Bloomington and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
