Kyle Siner serves as Chief Financial Officer. Kyle oversees all accounting, financial, and tax reporting functions. Previously, he held executive financial positions with affiliates of Mariner Holdings, and various financial management positions in public accounting and private industry.
Kyle began his career with Deloitte & Touche. During his career he has obtained management and in-depth technical experience and expertise in acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, joint ventures, investment groups, investment funds, financial products, private equity, venture capital, and tax planning for businesses and individuals.
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rockhurst University, and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
