Jennifer serves as a Paralegal. Jennifer assists with many aspects of Platform Ventures’ legal and compliance matters. Jennifer’s responsibilities include management of Platform Ventures’ entity portfolio; assisting with real estate acquisitions, financing, and sales; as well as assisting with various tasks related to regulatory compliance. Jennifer began her career with Polsinelli PC, where she served as a Paralegal in the Financial Services Real Estate, Securitization, and Structured Finance group.

Assets under management as of December 31, 2023; includes affiliates that are not registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Adviser and includes 100% of the underlying asset values or purchase prices for each transaction, but excludes associated closing costs. The loan originations are based on the loan commitment on the underlying notes. This does not represent Regulatory Assets Under Management as defined by the SEC.
