Fund Controller

Eric Brownsberger, CPA, serves as Fund Controller. Eric oversees the performance, accounting, and financial reporting of several Platform-sponsored investment funds.

Previously, he worked as Lead Investment Accountant at GE Capital – North America Life & Health. Eric began his career with EY in the Financial Services Office Assurance practice, specializing in wealth and asset management clients.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Assets under management as of December 31, 2023; includes affiliates that are not registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Adviser and includes 100% of the underlying asset values or purchase prices for each transaction, but excludes associated closing costs. The loan originations are based on the loan commitment on the underlying notes. This does not represent Regulatory Assets Under Management as defined by the SEC.
