Caleb Holmes, CFA, serves as Vice President. Caleb is responsible for all acquisition, development and financing-related activities of Platform’s housing investments. Additionally, his responsibilities include the portfolio management oversight of Platform's housing-related investments, including investments in Homebuilders, Single-Family Build-for-Rent developments, multifamily and student housing properties.

Caleb is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Kansas.

Assets under management as of December 31, 2023; includes affiliates that are not registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Adviser and includes 100% of the underlying asset values or purchase prices for each transaction, but excludes associated closing costs.
