Senior Accountant

Brett Elifritz, CPA, serves as Senior Accountant. Brett is responsible for maintenance of financial accounting records for several Platform-sponsored investment funds to meet various monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.

Previously, Brett was an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working on various audit/review engagements.

Brett earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Baker University.

Assets under management as of December 31, 2023; includes affiliates that are not registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Adviser and includes 100% of the underlying asset values or purchase prices for each transaction, but excludes associated closing costs. The loan originations are based on the loan commitment on the underlying notes. This does not represent Regulatory Assets Under Management as defined by the SEC.
