Amy Hood serves as Vice President. As a member of the asset management team, Amy’s primary responsibility is oversight of Platform Ventures’ multifamily assets, including strategic decision making, operations, and execution of the opportunity zone portfolio.
Previously, Amy served as the Multifamily Operations Manager for Northpoint Development. She holds her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association, and her experience includes multifamily development, lease-up, and operations. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Kansas.
